The program will be useful for restaurateurs, cooks, designers and architects as a platform for communication and creation of restaurateurs and designers, as this is how joint ideas and projects are born.
Morocco is an amazing country where the art of the cook and the art of the artisan are combined in a unique harmony, and the simplicity of the cooking next to the refinement of their presentation.
For example, what is Tazhin?
This is a special ceramic dishes for cooking a dish, and the name of the dish itself (by the way, there are about 400 kinds of Moroccan tajin).
Or, what is saffron?
This is a precious spice, and a unique natural dye, dyeing fabrics, and walls of houses in the color of the sun.
And what is the medina?
This is a magical oriental bazaar where you go for oranges, and you leave with a carpet and a donkey, which drags a cart with the treasures it has extracted)
